Hello March!

Oh my goodness, I can’t even believe how quickly February flew by! I was knee deep in yarn and dye and birthday and wholesale prep and life and stuff! Well, I just wanted to touch base with you all now that I’m back from Stitches West and my brain can think clearly again. Haha!

This was my second time at Stitches West and it was truly amazing! The amount of vendors was just….staggering is really the only word for it. My daughter came with me to this one. It was so wonderful to have her there with me to talk to and to help me know I had backup to get everything set up and broken down, etc. We sold more than at any other Stitches yet and made so many new friends from near and far! I’ve already submitted my registration for next year, and am looking forward to it!!!

But there’s still much to do before that! First off, I’m heading up to Chicago next week for Vogue Knitting Live! I’m seriously excited for this, and, to be honest, a little nervous. The word “Vogue” has been in my head since middle school years when I began to be interested in design and fashion and art and all those good things. I’m not sure what will be different about this event from the Stitches Events, but I’m excited to be there in Downtown Chicago, enjoying all things yarn with everyone! Plus my mom’s coming with me! It’ll be her first time to experience the craziness of a yarn trade show, so I’m excited for her to see it all! Here are the details for next week’s event:

Can’t wait to see you all there!

Also, Nashville folks, write this down on your calendar! I’ll be doing a trunk show at Haus of Yarn on April 28th! More details about this will be coming closer to the date, but make sure to plan to stop by!

Well, that’s all for now! I’ll be doing a large online inventory update soon also!
